Tracy joined Deckers Brands in 2016 as Vice President of Sales for the Fashion Lifestyle Group (UGG and Koolaburra by UGG) and was promoted to VP & GM in November 2022. In her current role she oversees the U.S. marketplace and proudly supports the e-commerce, retail, wholesale, merchandising and marketing teams.
Tacey Powers is the EVP & GMM for Nordstrom Shoes and Kids Apparel. Her responsibilities include 100 Nordstrom stores in the U.S. and 7 in Canada as well as Nordstrom.com ecommerce. Prior to her current assignment she had served in many roles across the Nordstrom organization, including as EVP & GMM for Nordstrom Rack.
