Stephanie Berg joined Birkenstock in 2010 as a Territory Manager and was promoted to Director of Sales in 2013. In her current role with the brand, she is responsible for the direct management and oversight of Strategic Accounts.

Sarah Bloch is Senior Vice President, Footwear and Accessories at Circana (formerly IRI and The NPD Group) and is responsible for managing all commercial functions for the practice

Eli (“Ellie”) Del Carmen began her career with May Department Stores as an assistant buyer in 2003. She joined Caleres in 2010 and helped lead the Naturalizer team to become one of the top 20 brands in the industry.

Kathy Forstadt is Senior Director of Merchandising for Zappos.com, the experiential e-commerce and customer service company. She oversees the Men’s and Women’s Footwear division, with a focus on inventory optimization and vendor relationship management.

Christina Gigante is currently VP of Sales on the Domestic Wholesale team at Skechers USA Inc. She grew up in the footwear industry and has been surrounded by the Skechers family since she was eight years old.

As President at Minnetonka, Jori oversees wholesale and direct-to-consumer ecommerce sales, marketing and product development.
