Mark Worden

Mark Worden is the President & CEO and a Board Director at Shoe Carnival, Inc. a billion-dollar-plus public retailer of footwear and accessories for the family. Shoe Carnival has ~6,000 employees, 430 stores in the U.S. and Puerto Rico, and operates under the banners: Shoe Carnival, Shoe Station, and Rogan’s Shoes. 

Prior to joining Shoe Carnival in 2018, Mark spent the previous 20+ years working in North America and Europe in the Consumer Packaged Goods Industry and in the Retail Grocery Industry, with leading corporations including S.C. Johnson, Kimberly-Clark and Kroger. 

Mark holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Cornell University and an MBA in Marketing from the College of William & Mary.
