Two Ten offers help and hope to footwear employees who experience personal hardship due to a major illness, job loss, divorce, a death in the family, or other crisis.

At some point, most of us will face a personal problem or family issue that impacts the quality of our home life, relationships, or ability to do our best at work. Often we can work these things out ourselves, but there are times professional guidance can help.

Two Ten supports upskilling/professional development opportunities that empower employees and help employers retain knowledgeable, experienced professionals. Applications are now open for Women in the Footwear Industry (WIFI) Grants.

Two Ten provides scholarships to help footwear families cover costs of higher education. Our scholarships provide employees and their children with tuition assistance for up to four years and support accredited bachelor's or associate degrees, or vocational and technical training. Applications for the 2026-2027 academic year are due by April 1, 2026.
