Glenn Barrett

Glenn Barrett is the founder, CEO and Chairman of the Board of OrthoLite®. A lifelong footwear entrepreneur, Mr. Barrett founded OrthoLite in 1997 when he introduced an innovative new open-cell PU foam insole technology that revolutionized the comfort and performance of the shoes inner environment and changed the footwear industry forever.

Today, OrthoLite is widely recognized as the world leader in branded footwear component technologies and is privileged to partner with over 400 of the world’s leading footwear brands who trust OrthoLite to elevate the comfort, performance, and sustainability of their footwear.

Prior to OrthoLite, Mr. Barrett held the position as the Director of Sales and Marketing for Vibram and also founded both G2 partners and On-Shore Productions both components suppliers to the global footwear industry.

A lifetime supporter and member of Two Ten since 1980, Glenn was elected to the Two Ten Board of Directors in 2018 and is currently a member of the Executive and Investment Committees.

In 2022 Glenn received the A.A. Bloom Award, honoring an individual who has given greatly to Two Ten through his or her initiative, hard work, dedication, and unselfish actions in the spirit of the late A.A. Bloom, one of the founders of Two Ten.
