Gregg Ribatt

Gregg Ribatt is currently Chief Executive Officer of Reef. Previously he was Chief Executive Officer of The Rockport Company, a leading global designer, manufacturer, retailer and distributor of men’s, women’s and children’s footwear.
Charlesbank Capital acquired The Rockport Group including the Rockport, Dunham and Aravon brands in August 2018. Rockport is one of the leading dress, dress casual brands in the US. In addition, the company acquired the Reef footwear brand and business from VF in October 2018. Reef is one of the leading sandal footwear businesses in the US.
Gregg is also the former Chief Executive Officer and board member of Crocs, Inc. a $1B+ public footwear company based out of Colorado. Gregg served as the interim Chief Executive Officer of Spanx Inc., a privately-held global shapewear, apparel and accessory company. Prior to that, he was the President and Chief Executive Officer of Collective Brands Performance + Lifestyle Group (formerly, The Stride Rite Corporation). The Performance & Lifestyle Group included the Sperry Top-Sider, Saucony, Keds and Stride Rite brands. Before joining Collective Brands, he also served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Stuart Weitzman Holdings LLC, a private-equity backed global luxury footwear company.
Gregg’s prior experience also includes thirteen years with Bennett Footwear Group, where he was Executive Vice President & Chief Operating Officer. Bennett was a leading women’s fashion footwear company, which included the Franco Sarto, Via Spiga and Etienne Aigner brands.
Gregg holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Wesleyan University and a Masters in Business Administration from The University of Chicago. Gregg serves on the board of the Boston Children’s Hospital Trust, and on the advisory boards of Wesleyan University and the Make A Wish Foundation of Massachusetts and Rhode Island.
Gregg joined the Two Ten Board of Directors in 2009. He serves on the Executive Committee.
