Giovanna Cipriano

Giovanna Cipriano has served as Foot Locker’s Senior Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer since May 2009 and is a member of the Executive Committee. In her role as Chief Accounting Officer, Giovanna manages the global financial and tax operations of Foot Locker, with more than 50,000 employees and total revenue for fiscal year 2020 of $7.5 billion. Over 25 years with Foot Locker, Giovanna has held various roles within the finance organization. Prior to Foot Locker, Giovanna was with KPMG LLP in their audit practice.

Giovanna joined the Two Ten Board of Directors in 2018 and currently serves on the Finance and Strategy Committees.
