WIFI Welcomes Three New Members to Its Advisory Board

The Women in the Footwear Industry (WIFI) community is excited to expand its Advisory Board with the appointment of three key female leaders from the industry.  

• Melanie Ortlieb, Senior Director of Planning and Allocation at Rack Room Shoes  

• Tanya Gordon, SVP & GMM at Shoe Carnival  

• Jessica Adler, VP of Sales at Merrell  

The WIFI Advisory Board is a small group of senior female footwear leaders that helps shape initiatives to benefit women in the WIFI community and advance women across the footwear industry. 

The WIFI Advisory board also includes Stephanie Berg, Sarah Bloch, Eli Del Carmen, Kathy Forstadt, Christina Gigante, Jori Miller Sherer and Melissa Worth. The board works closely with the recently launched WIFI Leadership Council to implement programs and build a vibrant community for women in footwear.
