Two Ten Footwear Foundation Adds Tanya Gordon to Board of Directors

The Two Ten Footwear Foundation has welcomed Tanya Gordon, Executive Vice President and Chief Merchandising Officer at Shoe Carnival, Inc., to its Board of Directors.
"We are thrilled to welcome Tanya Gordon to Two Ten’s Board of Directors,” said Shawn Osborne, President & CEO of the Two Ten Footwear Foundation. “Tanya has been a longstanding champion of our mission for several years, and we are grateful for her leadership and dedication. We are excited to continue our partnership in this new capacity.”
In her role at Shoe Carnival Inc., Tanya Gordon leads merchandising strategy, planning and allocation, and execution along with e-commerce across footwear and accessories. With more than 30 years of retail experience spanning footwear, apparel, accessories, and beauty, she brings deep industry expertise and a proven track record of leadership. Tanya also served on the Two Ten Women in the Footwear Industry (WIFI) Advisory Board from February 2025 through June 2026 and has been on Two Ten’s gala fundraising committee since 2023.
