In September 2025, Two Ten’s WIFI Community launched She Steps Up, a monthly recognition series celebrating women in the footwear industry whose leadership, creativity, and impact are helping shape our community.
One year later, we’re celebrating the 12 remarkable women we’ve highlighted who are making their mark across the industry. From independent contributors to leaders within larger organizations, each honoree has demonstrated a commitment to innovation, collaboration, and mentorship while finding meaningful ways to lift others along the way.
