Yadira Cabrera

Yadira brings over five years of nonprofit leadership experience to her role at Two Ten Footwear Foundation. She previously served as Engagement Manager at the National Association of City Transportation Officials (NACTO), where she drove member engagement and cultivated strategic partnerships for nearly 100 city and transit agencies. At NACTO, Yadira led efforts that engaged over 2,000 city staff, including organizing high-profile events like the Designing Cities conference, which welcomed more than 1,000 attendees, and contributing to movement- and capacity-building workshops, affinity groups, and trainings. 

Passionate about authentic relationship-building and equitable engagement, Yadira has a proven track record of advancing organizational goals through collaboration and innovation. She is also a skilled fundraiser, securing significant corporate sponsorships to support mission-driven growth. 

Yadira holds a bachelor’s degree in Communication from Brooklyn College. A lifelong New Yorker, she takes pride in her roots while dedicating her career to empowering individuals and organizations to thrive.
