Jessica Adler

Jessica Adler is the Vice President of Sales at Merrell & Chaco, where she has played a pivotal role in driving growth and innovation over the past 2 years. A transformational sales leader with a consumer-first mindset and a strategic vision, Jessica has built a career spanning apparel, footwear, and accessories. She has worked across all distribution channels, leading high-performing teams and shaping businesses with a passion for brand-building and long-term strategic growth. 

Before joining Merrell & Chaco, Jessica held senior leadership roles, including Vice President of Sales at Levi Strauss & Co., Senior Vice President of Global Sales at Psycho Bunny, and Vice President of Sales at Diesel. She started her career in the merchandise buying program at Kohl's Department Stores after earning her degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison Business School, later gaining valuable footwear experience at Reebok. 

A recipient of the 2024 "Women Who Rock" Award, Jessica is deeply committed to community and industry impact. She recently joined the Wi-Fi Board with the Two Ten Foundation, aligning with its mission to support and empower others in the industry. 

Outside of work, Jessica lives in New York with her husband and 3 children. She enjoys family time, entertaining, and traveling. An avid outdoor enthusiast, she loves the beach and stays active through Pilates, tennis, and other fitness pursuits. 

Jessica is so excited about the progress at Merrell since joining the Wolverine family 2 years ago and looks forward to continuing to drive success, inspire teams, and make a meaningful impact in both the industry and the community.
