Two Ten Footwear Foundation and Footwear News Celebrate Women Who Rock

Hundreds of industry professionals came out this week to celebrate women in the shoe industry at Women Who Rock, the annual live event in New York City hosted by Footwear News and Two Ten Footwear Foundation. The February 4 event honored the 2025 Class of Women Who Rock, composed of dozens of the shoe industry's top leaders and rising stars.

Speakers at the event included DSW Designer Shoe Warehouse President Laura Davis, Foot Locker Inc. Global Chief Customer Officer Kim Waldmann, Nordstrom EVP and GMM Tacey Powers, Skechers VP of Sales Christina Gigante and founder and creative of director of her eponymous brand Betzábe González.

Under the theme “Women Supporting Women: The New Mandate,” the event examined how female leaders across the footwear industry can support one another.

The Women Who Rock Class of 2025 included Two Ten Board members Beth Cross, Tacey Powers and Christina Gigante, WIFI Advisory Board members Tanya Gordon and Melanie Ortlieb, and WIFI Leadership Council members Jennifer Cox, Maureen Duffy, Mary Lisa Idol and Jennifer Tarantino.
