Why Claire is a trailblazer, according to her colleague, Keith Shea, Sr. Construction Manager at Crocs Inc.: 
“I've worked under Claire's leadership for many years,” said Keith. “She has a unique ability to lead people with inspiration, unmatched competitiveness, and a clear vision of the direction she wants her team to go. In the end, Claire flat out knows how to deliver wins.” 

For Keith, Claire’s leadership stood out most during the COVID shutdown — a time of deep uncertainty across the retail industry. With stores closed and widespread job insecurity, Claire remained focused on her people. She worked tirelessly to keep employees on payroll and led efforts to reopen safely and efficiently, all while adhering to protocols and prioritizing team well-being. 

“What Claire did for so many people during the COVID shutdown tells you what you need to know about her,” said Keith. “She has been the most impactful female leader I have ever worked under. Claire inspires and goes above and beyond daily. She is a pure leader in every way.”
