Shanee Helfer

Shanee Helfer joined Two Ten Footwear Foundation in October 2024 as the Director of Grant Programs. 

Throughout her career, Shanee has worked at the intersection of economic, workforce, and community development, driven by a commitment to leveraging collective power for sustainable, equitable change. She has held impactful roles with the City of New Brunswick, NJ, United Way, the City of New York, Living Cities, and Bottom Line, focusing on transforming systems to create thriving environments and opportunities for all communities.

Shanee continues to be inspired by the growth and evolution of the organizations and individuals she has had the privilege to work with. She holds a Master's Degree in Urban Policy and Leadership from CUNY Hunter College, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science along with a Certification in Public Sector Performance Measurement from Rutgers University.

She lives in Jersey City, where she cultivates an annual vegetable and flower garden and enjoys exploring new restaurants and destinations locally and abroad.
