She drives all aspects of merchandise planning and inventory allocation through best practices to ensure profitability. Melanie leads her teams towards one strategic vision. She joined Rack Room Shoes in 2018 and has been instrumental in bringing transformational change to the merchandising department over her tenure. Melanie has more than 25 years of footwear and apparel experience in merchandise, space and key item planning and allocation. She believes in the power and importance of people, processes and synergy among the planning and buying partnership.
