Lana Williams

Lana Williams is a nonprofit leader dedicated to advancing equitable career pathways and inclusive workforce development. She serves as Education Programs Manager at the Two Ten Foundation, where she leads education grant initiatives, including scholarships and upskilling programs that expand economic mobility in the footwear industry. Previously, she managed programs at the SHRM Foundation supporting students, emerging HR professionals, and diversity in the HR field, and held DEI and employee engagement roles at NetApp, Sodexo Stop Hunger Foundation, and the Human Rights Campaign. Lana holds an MS in Nonprofit Management from The New School and a BA from Wake Forest University.
