Ed Rosenfeld

Edward Rosenfeld has served as Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of Steven Madden, Ltd. since 2008.


Mr. Rosenfeld joined Steve Madden in 2005 and served as Executive Vice President of Strategic Planning and Finance prior to his appointment as CEO. Before joining Steve Madden, Mr. Rosenfeld was a Vice President in the mergers and acquisitions group at Peter J. Solomon Company, an investment banking boutique where he focused on the retail and apparel industries.


Since becoming CEO, Mr. Rosenfeld has overseen a period of significant growth at Steve Madden. The company’s revenue has more than quintupled, and its stock price is up nearly fifteen-fold since he took the helm.


Mr. Rosenfeld serves on the Board of the Two Ten Footwear Foundation. He previously served
on the Boards of:
* PVH Corp., one of the world’s largest fashion companies with brands including Calvin Klein and Tommy Hilfiger
* FDRA, the footwear industry’s business and trade association (where he served as Chair)
* Summer Search New York, a youth development organization
