Two Ten Welcomes New Senior Programs Manager and Editorial Lead

Two Ten is kicking off 2025 with two new strategic hires that will help drive engagement across the organization's community initiatives. Both started their roles in January.

Yadira Cabrera joined Two Ten Footwear Foundation as the Senior Manager, Professional Groups. In this role, Yadira will develop, manage and spearhead programs for Two Ten’s industry-focused professional groups, including Women in the Footwear Industry (WIFI) and the HR community. Yadira previously served as Engagement Manager at the National Association of City Transportation Officials (NACTO), where she drove member engagement and cultivated strategic partnerships for nearly 100 city and transit agencies. At NACTO, Yadira led efforts that engaged over 2,000 city staff, including organizing high-profile events like the Designing Cities conference, which welcomed more than 1,000 attendees, and contributed to movement- and capacity-building workshops, affinity groups, and trainings. Shoshy Ciment Rosen joined Two Ten as the foundation’s Editorial Lead, a new role on the marketing and communications team. In this role, Shoshy will be responsible for planning and executing a content strategy to increase awareness, deepen engagement and build affinity with Two Ten supporters and members of Two Ten’s professional groups. Shoshy joins Two Ten from Footwear News, where she spearheaded business and financial coverage as the senior business editor of the iconic trade publication. Her dedication to uncovering industry insights earned her recognition as a Top Retail Expert by Rethink Retail in 2024 and 2025.
