Two Ten Closes Out 2025 with Lasting Impact Across the Footwear Industry
Monday, January 26, 2026
2025 was another powerful year of impact for the Two Ten Footwear Foundation. Through relief grants, higher-education scholarships, and upskilling opportunities, we supported footwear employees and their families during moments of hardship — and helped open doors for long-term opportunities. Together, we continued our mission to provide hope, opportunity, and community across the footwear industry.
Here’s a snapshot of our impact in 2025:

Relief and Hardship
$1.1M in Assistance to More Than 1,150 Families
In 2025, more than 1,150 footwear families received over $1.1 million in financial assistance for relief from disaster or hardship. Many people were impacted by hurricanes, floods, and wildfires, while others navigated unexpected personal and health-related crises.
Some of the people we helped include:
Michael, a Foot Locker employee in California who turned to Two Ten for support after losing his home in the January 2025 wildfires.
Zackary, a long-time footwear store manager who received assistance to cover rent after taking unpaid time off to care for his newborn and partner following a difficult childbirth.
Brenda, a retail associate who experienced a sudden loss of income and benefits when her role was reduced to part-time.
Celeste, a sales associate who fell behind on car loan and auto insurance payments after taking a mental health break from school.
Education
200 grants totaling $680,000
In 2025, Two Ten awarded 150 higher-education scholarships to footwear employees and their dependents, along with more than 60 upskilling grants supporting women advancing their careers in the industry.
Some of the people we supported include:
Michelle Gudiño Prestamo who leveraged a WIFI Grant to strengthen her HR skills and earn a promotion at ASICS.
Jilleen Liao who used a WIFI Grant to complete coursework in performance footwear development, advancing her career as a freelance footwear designer.
Ashley High, a Two Ten scholar pursuing a bachelor’s degree in business while working as a training manager at Shoe Carnival’s corporate office.
Brody Junge, a Two Ten Scholar in his second year at the Georgia Institute of Technology, studying to become a footwear designer.
