Two Ten Announces 2025–2026 Scholars

Wednesday, September 24, 2025

Two Ten Footwear Foundation is delighted to announce the 2025-2026 Two Ten Scholar cohort. These 150 scholarship recipients represent a broad cross-section of the footwear community, including both current footwear employees ("employee scholars") and dependents of current footwear employees.

What does this year’s scholar cohort look like? The majority are employee scholars, many of whom speak of their passion for the footwear business and their aspirations to rise within the companies they work for now. Nearly three quarters identify as women and more than half identify as people of color.

More than a third are first-generation college students and several of these first-gens speak of having a special obligation to set an example for their younger siblings, to be an inspiration to others in their family and the broader community. Two Ten Scholar Rachel Hoyos puts it this way:  "As a first-generation college student and a Hispanic woman, pursuing higher education is something that I have always dreamed of and worked hard towards. I recognize it to be a privilege, especially within my community."

Quite a few of our 2025-2026 scholars are themselves parents and doing their best for their children is what fuels them. As Two Ten Scholar Fiametta Pierre Jerome writes, "My motivation for pursuing higher education comes from my desire to build a better future for my two-year-old son. I want to set an example for him, showing that hard work and dedication lead to success."

Meet all the 2025-2026 Two Ten Scholars

This year's scholar cohort is a diverse group of individuals who are all seeking opportunity through higher education. Two Ten is proud to be able to help support their college and career goals, thanks to the generosity of the individuals and organizations who contribute to our endowed scholarship funds.
