Tanya Gordon is Executive Vice President and Chief Merchandising Officer at Shoe Station Group, Inc., one of the nation’s largest family footwear retailers. She leads merchandising strategy, planning and allocation, and execution along with e-commerce across footwear and accessories, partnering cross-functionally to deliver a differentiated customer experience. With more than 30 years in retail, she drives results through trend analysis, product development, and multi-channel merchandising.

Since joining Shoe Station Group in 2014, Tanya has held senior leadership roles including Vice President (2014–2020), Vice President/General Merchandise Manager (2020–2021), and Senior Vice President/General Merchandise Manager (2021–2025). She was named EVP and Chief Merchandising Officer in April 2025. Her focus includes capturing new opportunities, improving inventory performance, and strengthening vendor partnerships.

Her background spans merchandising and product leadership in both department and specialty retail. Tanya is known for developing strong teams and trusted relationships that support long-term growth.
