Two Ten supports upskilling/professional development opportunities to empower employees and help employers retain knowledgeable, experienced professionals. Applications now open for Women in the Footwear Industry (WIFI) Grants.

How We Can Help

Two Ten provides grants for skills-focused training, specialized courses leading to professional certifications, and other professional development opportunities such as workshops. This program is aligned with Two Ten's Women in the Footwear Industry (WIFI) community and is currently open to women employed in the U.S. footwear industry. It's easy to apply for a WIFI Grant. Just identify an educational opportunity you're interested in and tell us how it will support your footwear career in your grant application.

Requirements

  • 1. You identify as a woman.
  • 2. You are currently employed in the U.S. footwear industry.

To apply for this program you must demonstrate that you are currently employed in the U.S. footwear industry. You will be asked to supply a copy of your most recent paystub or an employment verification document from your employer. (This can be a simple letter or email from your supervisor or your company's HR department, but it must include contact information for the company representative verifying your current employment.)
