Scholarships for Footwear Employees

Two Ten offers tuition assistance for U.S. footwear employees who continue to work in the industry while they are enrolled in an accredited higher education program.

How We Can Help

Trying to finish a degree or certification program while you work in footwear either part time or full time? Let us help! Two Ten's Employee Scholarships are worth up to $16,000 in total. Scholars receive annual awards of $4,000, renewable for up to four years of part-time or full-time study in an accredited associate or bachelor degree program or vocational/technical training program.

Applications for the 2024-2025 academic year closed on April 15, 2024. Applications for 2025-2026 academic year funding will open on December 1, 2024. In the meantime, you can nominate yourself or someone else who may be interested. We'll send info about the program and email a reminder when applications for next year open.

Requirements

  • 1. You are (or will be) enrolled in an accredited associate or bachelor degree program or vocational/technical training program.
  • 2. You are currently employed in the U.S. footwear industry and can provide proof you have worked in the U.S. footwear industry, either full time or part time, for at least 24 months total.
  • 3. You can demonstrate financial need based on household size, income and expenses. (Please note: scholarship selection criteria include but are not limited to financial need. Academic potential, character, special circumstances, and other criteria are also considered.)

To apply for this program you must meet the criteria listed above. You will be asked to supply copies of the qualifying employee's last two paystubs along with an employment verification document from the employer that confirms hire date. (This can be a simple letter or email from a supervisor or company HR department, but must include contact information for the company representative verifying the dates of employment.) You may also be asked to provide your Social Security Number or your FAFSA® EFC (Expected Family Contribution) during the application process.
