Tracy Paoletti of Deckers Joins Two Ten Board of Directors

WALTHAM, MA – Two Ten Footwear Foundation is delighted to welcome Tracy Paoletti of Deckers Brands to the Two Ten Board of Directors.

“Tracy is a terrific addition to our Board. She's deeply committed to our mission of suporting the industry workforce and, as a long-time member of Two Ten's Women in the Footwear Industry - or WIFI - community, she understands the unique value of Two Ten's affinity groups and industry councils,” said Shawn Osborne, President and CEO of Two Ten.

Paoletti joined Deckers Brands in 2016 as Vice President of Sales for the Fashion Lifestyle Group and in 2022 moved into her current role as VP & General Manager, UGG and Koolaburra by UGG. She oversees the U.S. marketplace and proudly supports the e-commerce, retail, wholesale, merchandising and marketing teams.

Tracy has been in the footwear industry for her entire career. Prior to joining Deckers Brands she was the Vice President of Sales at ASICS and held various sales roles at American Sporting Goods representing the Avia, Ryka, And1 and Nevados brands.
