Mark Worden of Shoe Carnival Joins Two Ten Board of Directors

WALTHAM, MA – Two Ten Footwear Foundation is delighted to welcome Mark Worden of Shoe Carnival, Inc. to the Two Ten Board of Directors.

Since 2021 Mark has served as President & Chief Executive Officer and Board Director of Shoe Carnival, the leading family footwear retailer. Worden joined Shoe Carnival, Inc. in 2018 as Executive Vice President - Chief Strategy and Chief Marketing Officer and in 2019 became the President and Chief Customer Officer, where he oversaw the Company’s stores, ecommerce, marketing, strategy, CRM, real estate and human resources functions.

Prior to joining Shoe Carnival, Mr. Worden spent more than 20 years working in North America and Europe in the Consumer Packaged Goods Industry and in the Retail Grocery Industry, with leading corporations including S.C. Johnson, Kimberly-Clark and Kroger.
