Deadline for Two Ten Scholarship Applications Extended Ten Days
Monday, March 25, 2024
The deadline for submitting the 2024-2025 Two Ten Scholarship Application has been extended until midnight on April 15, 2024 and applications may be submitted with a Student Aid Index (SAI) number if the applicant does not have their Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) Estimated Family Contribution (EFC) because their Student Aid Report (SAR) has not yet been received.
Both the extended deadline and the flexibility to use the SAI eligibility index number as a provisional indicator of financial need may be welcome news if you or someone in your family has been struggling to complete the FAFSA form this year.
Two Ten has typically required scholarship applicants to complete the FAFSA, obtain their SAR, and provide their FAFSA EFC to demonstrate financial need, but that requirement is being relaxed due to the unusual delays impacting the FAFSA process this year.
If selected as a finalist for a scholarship, applicants will still need to complete the FAFSA later (to verify need before they receive an award) but scholarship applications can be submitted now without a completed FAFSA.
Applications are being accepted online through April 15, 2024. Visit our scholarships page to learn more.
