Eli is the Vice President of Sales at Caleres, a multi-billion dollar company that owns some of the world’s most loved footwear brands. She takes a proactive approach to positioning brands and the teams for success in a fast-evolving market. Eli is dedicated to empowering those around her, cultivating collaboration and trust to inspire exceptional performance and drive sustainable business growth. 

With more than two decades of experience in footwear, Eli has worked across all distribution channels, shaping businesses and leading high-performing teams. She began her career with May Department Stores in 2003 and joined Caleres in 2010, where she has played a pivotal role in the company's growth and strategic direction. In 2024, Eli was named to the FN x Two Ten Women Who Rock Class, recognizing her leadership and contributions to the industry.
