Answers to some frequently asked questions about the Two Ten Annual Gala.

How do I make sure I can attend the gala this year?

Attendance at this year’s gala is a benefit offered to our current corporate partners and sponsors of Two Ten. If you are unsure as to whether your company is eligible to attend, please contact development@twoten.org.

What is the format of this year’s event?

This year’s event will include a general reception and short program but does not include a sit-down dinner. There is no VIP reception at this year’s event. All guests will come together in celebration for an exciting evening celebrating the impact of Two Ten with plenty of time to mingle, have fun, and, of course, delicious food and drink!

 

What time is the event?

This year’s gala will take place from 6:30 PM to 9:30 PM.

 

Is there parking available?

There are multiple ICON Parking lots nearby: 

721 10th Avenue between 49th and 50th Streets

520 W 51st Street between 10th and 11th Avenues 

504 W 53rd Street between 10th and 11th Avenues

 

What is the address for my Lyft/Uber/taxi?

The Glasshouse NYC, 660 12th Ave, New York, NY 10019

 

What is the dress code?

Business formal/cocktail attire is suggested.

 

Will food be available if there is no sit-down dinner?

Yes! While we have opted to forgo a formal seated dinner, there will still be plenty of delicious options available at the event, including passed hors d’oeuvres, food stations, and delectable dessert offerings.

 

Will there be places to sit?

The event will feature seating and lounge areas throughout the venue – perfect for more intimate conversations!

 

What do I need to provide at check-in?

Ticketing for this event is 100% digital, with no paper tickets required. There will be a fully staffed check-in desk upon arrival at the venue, where guests can give their names to check in.

Individuals who have not RSVP'd prior to the event may not be granted admission. There are no tickets available at the door.

 

Will tickets be for sale at the door?

Event space for this year’s gala is limited and unfortunately tickets will not be available for purchase on-site.

 

Will there be a coat check? What am I allowed to check?

A coat check will be available upon arrival. Guests are permitted to check outwear, briefcases, handbags, and other personal items.

 

Who is being honored?

David Kahan, CEO, Birkenstock Americas, will be receiving Two Ten's A.A. Bloom Award. The founding members of the WIFI Advisory Board will be receiving the WIFI Impact Award. They are Stephanie Berg, Sr. Director of Sales, Birkenstock USA, Sarah Bloch, SVP, Footwear & Accessories, Circana, Eli Del Carmen, VP of Sales, Caleres, Kathy Forstadt, Fmr. Sr. Director of Merchandising, Zappos, Christina Gigante, VP of Sales, Skechers, Jori Miller Sherer, President, Minnetonka Moccasin, and Melissa Worth, SVP Americas, New Balance.

 

What if I can’t attend but want to make a gift in honor of one (or more) of this year's honorees?

I can’t attend in person. Is there any way to join virtually?

Unfortunately, this event will not be available virtually.
