April Dinwoodie – Independent Consultant/Subject Matter Expert
April began her career as Retail Marketing Manager for Nine West Group Inc., and then continued as Director of Marketing at Kenneth Cole Productions Inc. Over the years, April has been part of the marketing and PR teams at J.C. Penney, Ruder Finn, and JetBlue where she was often one of the only women of color at the leadership table.
Today, as an independent Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging consultant, April is fiercely dedicated to helping individuals, companies, and organizations face and embrace differences to develop stronger teams, and ultimately find even more purpose in our individual and collective work. One of April’s main clients is Steven Madden LTD.
Dinwoodie is also the creator and host of Born in June, Raised in April: What Adoption Can Teach the World!, a podcast about identity, family, and differences of race, class, and culture.

Susan Im – Sr. Director, HR Business Partnerships, Caleres
Susan is a Business leader that puts people first. Throughout her 25+ year career in Retail, she has built successful brands and high-performing teams while also creating community. While at Macy’s, she helped launch the Employee Resource Groups and was the Sponsor for the Asian American ERG for 9 years. She strives to build inclusive climates where everyone can contribute and realize their full potential. She has always been passionate about leadership and employee engagement through the lens of DEIB. She earned her Diversity and Inclusion Certificate from Cornell in September 2020 and is a Certified Professional Diversity Coach. Through Coaching, she was able to see blind spots and navigate roadblocks and she wants to help you do the same.
In 2021, Susan joined Caleres as Senior Director, Human Resources Business Partnerships, supporting the NY Brand Portfolio. Susan is a member of the Board of Directors at NAAAP NY.
Susan was born in Seoul, South Korea, and grew up in Brooklyn, NY. Her immigrant experience informs who she is and has led her to advocate for those that are in the minority. Her favorite quote is “Be the person you needed when you were younger” and she is committed to giving back and supporting the next generation of leaders through mentoring and coaching. She works with several non-profit organizations (NAAAP, APIA and TwoTen Foundation) as a mentor and advisor.

Michelle Marshall – Director, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion PUMA North America
Michelle Marshall joined PUMA North America in 2020 as the Director, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion. In this role, Michelle oversees all diversity initiatives, including programming, external partnerships, talent strategies, and community advocacy for both the Corporate and Retail Store divisions in the US and Canada. Michelle has been instrumental in crafting and executing PUMA’s DEI strategy while fostering a culture of DEI.
Prior to working at PUMA, Michelle oversaw Women’s Leadership Initiatives for The United Way of Greater Atlanta and spent 11 years at Nationwide Insurance. In her last role at Nationwide, she was the regional lead for diversity strategy and outreach.
Michelle graduated from Middle Tennessee State University and received her MBA from Bethel University.

Tracey McLeod – Founder and CEO, TIEM
Tracey McLeod is the founder and CEO of TIEM Athletic, a footwear company focused on the boutique fitness space. Founded in 2016, with the launch of TIEM’s flagship SPD compatible cycling shoe, the Slipstream, Tracey set out to fill a void in the sportswear market, for proper, stylish cycling footwear. As the brand grows, TIEM continues to meet the needs of women who want athletic performance without sacrificing style both on the bike and off, with the launch of a HIIT/studio sneaker (the Latus) and an outdoor cycling shoe (the Via).
Tracey and TIEM continue to grow their strong community, by partnering with hundreds of independent, female-founded fitness studios, and collaborating with women and female-owned brands worldwide.
Tracey brings over 25 years of experience in the footwear industry. She began her footwear career joining BBC International after graduating from the Fashion Institute of Technology. Through excelling in various roles within BBC, Tracey became a partner in 1996 and took over as President of BBC International in 1999.
Tracey joined the Two Ten Footwear Foundation Board of Directors in 2011, and was instrumental in the development and launch of the Two Ten Share Your Shoes program in 2017.

Rosalind Reeves – Vice President, Talent, Diversity & Organizational Capabilities, Foot Locker
Rosalind joined Foot Locker in July 2020 as the Vice President, Field Human Resources, North America and led the people strategy on behalf of 30,000 field team members in 2,000 stores across North America. She served as a key leader on all strategic HR initiatives, programs, processes, and led the People Solutions (workplace investigations, employee relations and compliance) and Store Talent (store management recruitment) teams. As a member of the North American leadership team, she partnered to drive the strategic priorities, leverage the power of the talent and elevate the customer experience for a $6.5 billion business.
In December 2021, she was promoted to the VP, Talent, Diversity & Organizational Capabilities. In this global role, she is accountable for performance management, learning and development, succession planning, diversity, inclusion & belonging (DIBs) employee engagement and relations.
Prior to joining Foot Locker, Inc. she led the HR strategy across several functional areas, including performance management, succession planning, employee policies, regulatory requirements, diversity & inclusion and HRIS, as the Vice President of Employment Practices and Compliance at AMC Entertainment, Inc.
Rosalind’s career experiences span across diverse industries at Fortune 500 companies including Dollar General Corporation, The Hartford, Sears Holdings Corporation, and Delta Airlines, where she held several leadership positions.
