Willis Towers Watson’s Adrienne Altman and Dana Furrow will present the findings of their recent Modernizing Total Rewards Study, specifically focused on the Retail /Wholesale Industry.

Adrienne Altman is a Managing Director of Talent and Rewards in North America and is responsible for WTW North America Rewards business. She is based in the Stamford, Connecticut office but often travels to local offices to meet with clients and colleagues. Prior to her Rewards role, Ms. Altman was responsible for the Stamford market as well as managing large, global client relationships for the firm. Ms. Altman specializes in the evaluation, design and implementation of reward programs that reflect the requirements of high performing organizations. Ms. Altman has a wealth of experience in working with large, complex global organizations, including numerous Fortune 100 companies, in developing their total reward strategies, and the design and implementation of multi-component programs for all levels in the organization (executive, management and broad-based employees). With more than 25 years of experience in all areas of human resources, Ms. Altman is a recognized expert in strategic reward design, and has effectively helped clients to manage design and implementation across industries. Prior to joining Towers Perrin (a predecessor to Willis Towers Watson) in 1995, Ms. Altman was Human Resource Director for nine years with a retail and manufacturing organization, where she was responsible for all human resource management functions. Ms. Altman received Masters and Honors degrees of Commerce in industrial and organizational psychology from the University of South Africa, a post-graduate program in business science and a B.A. in economics and psychology from the University of Cape Town. She was licensed as an Industrial/Organizational Psychologist in South Africa.

Dana Furrow is a Senior Director, Talent and Rewards in Willis Towers Watson’s New York office with over 18 years of experience and serves as the lead for Willis Towers Watson’s Talent & Rewards Retail Industry Group in North America. Dana focuses the majority of her time on retail clients and developing intellectual capital and data related to the industry. Dana leads the firm’s Retail Industry initiatives, including research on omni-channel impacts to human capital, industry webcasts and blogs, presentations and marketing events. Dana is critical in developing our annual Retail Industry National Conference agenda and content and is the consulting lead for the Willis Towers Watson Retail / Wholesale Trade Compensation Survey. Dana has worked with many of the Firm’s prominent retail clients and brand names in the industry. Dana leads engagements with clients across various types of executive and broad-based assessments such as total reward strategy, career leveling, developing compensation frameworks and structures and developing pay for performance programs, including short- and long-term incentive plan design. Dana is a graduate of American University where she earned a B.A. in Psychology.
