The Bob Campbell Lifetime Achievement Award

The Two Ten Footwear Foundation Board of Directors established the Bob Campbell Lifetime Achievement Award in 2009. It was named for its first recipient, the late Bob Campbell, an industry trailblazer and a true champion for colleagues in need. Bob never forgot the hardships he faced growing up on the streets of Pittsburgh and he was a fierce advocate for the Two Ten mission.

The Bob Campbell Award is presented once every five years to recognize an individual who has not only demonstrated extraordinary leadership but also exhibited a profound sense of compassion for people in the footwear community - just as Bob did.

The 2024 Bob Campbell Lifetime Achievement Award will be presented to Diane Sullivan, Executive Chairman of Caleres, by Bob's son Seth Campbell, Corporate President of BBC International, at Two Two's Annual Gala on June 4, 2024.

“Dad's spirit lives on in this honor bestowed upon Diane," says Seth. "She's a leader whose remarkable contributions to the footwear industry and dedication to gender parity, education, and healthcare truly exemplify the essence of this award. Diane's commitment to hard work and philanthropy mirrors my dad's values, making her the perfect recipient. It's a tribute that speaks volumes to their shared legacy.”

Diane and Bob served together on Two Ten's Board of Directors for many years and today Seth sits on the Two Ten Board with Diane and other industry leaders who all share a deep commitment to the mission of lifting lives in the footwear community.
