Two Ten offers a number of programs and services to people employed in the footwear industry and their families, including: emergency financial assistance in times of hardship, crisis or disaster; free and confidential access to financial, legal, or mental health counseling at any time; referrals to additional local resources; educational grants for upskilling and professional development; and scholarships to make college more affordable for industry employees and their children. We depend on Human Resources teams at footwear companies to let employees know about Two Ten and the kinds of assistance we can provide. Two Ten can provide materials for presentations to your employees or your HR team to explain Two Ten programs and services. We invite you to use our services overview video during new hire onboarding or at employee town halls. We can also supply additional digital resources for use on intranet portals.
Employees who need assistance from Two Ten, but do not speak English, can now contact us by using our third party interpretation service. This free service provides interpretation of more than 170 languages. For more information, or to use the interpretation services, please call 800-346-3210.
