On Wednesday, March, 6th, our Human Resources Leadership group (HRL) hosted a successful digital “Lunch and Learn” on the topic of Attracting and Retaining Top Talent. Dana Furrow and Adrienne Altman from Willis Towers Watson, a leading HR consulting organization, explained how forward-thinking companies are using breakthrough approaches to Total Rewards to attract and retain the best talent. Retail and distribution center employee benefits played a large role in the discussion and participants took away actionable insights to bring back to their organizations.
Diversity and inclusion also came up as part of the Total Rewards package. Companies that discuss and support diversity initiatives and programs are more likely to attract and retain talented individuals who fall into those groups. This is also one area that Two Ten can bring significant added value to companies across the industry.
Our Women in Footwear Industry (WIFI) group is connecting women across the industry to support each other, advance the cause of the Two Ten Footwear Foundation, and to create a strong sense of community. Two Ten is also a proud sponsor of the first-ever African American Footwear Forum in Washington D.C. This event focused on African American achievements, contributions, and community within the footwear industry.
