About WIFI’s Mentoring Program

The Women in Footwear Industry National Mentoring Program pairs senior-level industry women with next-generation professionals to offer real-life opportunities for women with varying levels of experience to learn, build confidence, grow their networks, and share experiences.

This mentee-driven, nine-month program facilitates one-to-one mentoring relationships that connect female professionals across the footwear industry.

Please note that the WIFI Mentoring Program will run on an updated schedule for the 2019 program. Applications will open in early summer, with matches to be made and communicated early September. The program will officially run from September 2019 – May 2020.
