WE PROVIDE ASSISTANCE TO PEOPLE THAT WORK IN THE FOOTWEAR INDUSTRY WITH THE FOLLOWING:
  • Mortgage and rent payments
  • Utilities (gas, electric and water only)
  • Auto payment, insurance and repairs
  • Funeral expenses
  • Disaster relief
ANSWER THESE ELIGIBILITY QUESTIONS BEFORE BEGINNING THE APPLICATION PROCESS:
  • You must be 18 years old to apply. Are you 18 or older?
  • Have you worked in the Footwear industry for at least two years?
  • Have you been affected by fire, flood or a natural disaster?
  • Do you need assistance because of a recent death in your family?
  • Have you received assistance from us in the past two years?
BEFORE YOU APPLY FOR ASSISTANCE PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING:
  • Have you filled out an online application recently?
    • If yes, please use your email address and password to check on the status or to update information on you outstanding request. Duplicate applications will be rejected which will delay processing of your current request.
    • If no, please use the “New Applicant” link found below to create a new account and fill out our online form.

To expedite processing time, please be sure to gather the following documentation. You will need them when contacted by one of our intake specialists:

  • Your last two pay-stubs
  • Date of hire documentation from your HR department
  • For mortgage or rent: a copy of your current lease or mortgage statement
  • For utilities: copies of your utility bills with the account number and remittance information listed clearly
  • For help with auto expenses: Lienholder information for car payments, policy documentation for insurance and a copy of an estimate or a bill from a verifiable repair shop.

We understand that the information you will be providing is personal in nature. Your information will not be shared with your employer or anyone outside of The Two Ten Footwear Foundation.
