Two Ten Services Overview
Two Ten Footwear Foundation was established in 1939 with one purpose – to take care of the footwear community.
We provide the services, support, and resources needed to improve the lives and careers of footwear employees and their families, especially during times of pressing need.
In order to receive assistance from Two Ten, you must first create an account. We are then able to quickly connect you with the emergency financial assistance, scholarships, counseling and career opportunities you’re looking for.
Hardship & Crisis Relief
Two Ten provide short term emergency financial assistance to footwear employees facing difficult times, including help with housing or mortgage costs, utility bills, natural disaster recovery and other financial hardships.
Two Ten typically responds to requests for assistance within 48 business hours. Applications are confidential. Interpretation services are available upon request.

Disaster Relief
Two Ten offers emergency assistance and financial support to footwear employees and their families that have been affected by natural disasters.
If you have recently experienced a disaster-related event, such as a hurricane, wildfire, tornado, flood, drought, etc. please know that you are not alone.
We provide crisis relief including financial assistance, counseling, and information and referral services for eligible footwear industry employees.
Counseling Services
Two Ten offers confidential phone support with licensed social workers, providing footwear employees and their immediate families access to free crisis counseling and intervention.
We also offer credit and debt counseling as well as legal counseling and other services that may be helpful to footwear employees and their families.
College Scholarships
Two Ten Footwear Foundation has awarded over $27 million in scholarships to footwear employees and their children. Two Ten scholarships are need-based and other eligibility requirements apply. If you’ve worked in the U.S. footwear industry for at least two years, you or your dependent children may qualify for a Two Ten college scholarship. Two Ten scholarships are intended to help with tuition at a two- or four-year institution. We invite you to learn more about our higher education funding opportunities.

Professional Development Grants
Two Ten’s upskilling an dprofessional development grants – aka Opportunity Grants – are designed to empower employees and help employers retain knowledgeable, experienced professionals. The grants provide financial assistance to footwear employees who want to pursue job-focused skills training, obtain professional certifications or complete other types of professional development opportunities to advance their careers. Applications are currently being accepted for the WIFI Professional Development Grant, which is open to anyone who has been working in the U.S. footwear industry for at least a year and identifies as a woman.
