Stan’s Fit For Your Feet
Megan Sajdak Holtan is the Director of Marketing for Stan’s Collection of Stores in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. In addition to her Marketing responsibilities, she is a fourth-generation family member on the ownership team with her three brothers and dad. The Stan’s Collection of Stores consists of three Stan’s Fit For your Feet Stores, two New Balance Milwaukee Stores, Stansfootwear.com, and a Vionic Store Milwaukee.
Megan oversees all aspects of Marketing & Advertising including internal and external communication and events, digital platforms, traditional advertising, and eCommerce. She is the face of the Stan’s brands on local news stations and within the community.
In addition to her “day job,” she engages in regional and national opportunities. Megan has served on the Wisconsin Family Business Award selection committee, Father Gene’s Help Center Board of Directors and is an member of the Milwaukee-Area-Technical-College Fashion – Retail Management committee. She recently joined the Two Ten Footwear Cares Committee and participated in a service day earlier this year with the Hunger Task Force.
Megan currently serves on the National Shoe Retailers Association (“NSRA”) Education Committee driving the curriculum for annual and semi-annual NSRA leadership conferences.
Megan and Stan’s believe in giving back. Stan’s “Share-A-Pair” program was established to collect gently used and new shoes to be distributed globally to underserved communities. Stan’s has collected over 250,000 shoes.
Megan graduated with a degree in Advertising and Marketing with a minor in Music from Marquette University. She’s a Certified Pedorthist, an allied health professional specifically trained to educate and manage comprehensive pedorthic patient care. This includes fitting, fabricating, adjusting or modifying devices for proper fit.
When Megan is not working, she spends quality time with her husband and golden retriever at their home in Wauwatosa, WI. She and her husband are welcoming a new addition to their family in February of 2020.
National Sales Manager,
Christina Gigante has worked at Skechers USA since 2010, and is currently a National Sales Manager on the Domestic Wholesale team, managing 3 divisions of the company. In this role, she oversees a sales team that covers the entire country, including all channels of distribution. Christina manages the wholesale account business that involves; account and category strategic planning, researching new business opportunities, planning and executing marketing campaigns, and setting sales targets.
Christina started at Skechers as a Technical Rep with the Skechers Performance Division. After that, she took on a Visual Merchandising role, working with the Marketing team to design, build and install in-store graphics and display collateral for wholesale partners. Once the opportunity arose to join the sales team she jumped for it. Christina’s first sales position was territory manager in the Northeast, and she was quickly promoted to a larger territory and major accounts. In June 2015 Christina was honored with the Skechers W.I.N. Award, being recognized as one of the top sales representatives at Skechers. In February 2016, Christina accepted the National Sales Manager position for Bobs from Skechers, Skecher Street, and Women’s USA Winter Boot divisions becoming the first female National Sales Manager in the history of the company.
Christina spends most of her time at Skechers Headquarters in Manhattan Beach, CA and travels across the country with her team. She grew up on Long Island, NY and has been a resident of NYC for the last 10 years.
