Footwear Cares® volunteers will be assisting with habitat restoration: a large sheet mulching project along with some weeding. It will continue efforts to restore habitat for two endangered species, the Ridgways Rail bird and Salt Marsh Harvest Mouse, along with other species that use tidal wetlands in the SF Bay Area.
