Brook – A fresh start.

The following is a letter from Brook, a Two Ten client who was helped in 2018.

In the last year, I’ve become a single mom and was left with all of the financial burdens from my previous relationship. It has been a struggle trying to figure out if I can pay my mortgage and other bills. In May I decided to put my house on the market because I could no longer make payments. After a conversation with a co-worker, I called Two Ten and explained my situation. Tanya at Two Ten was wonderful to work with. She offered great advice and financial assistance to help me move into a new home.

I have recently found another job in footwear and am able to move on to my new apartment. Two Ten paid for all of my moving expenses, where otherwise, I would be lost trying to figure out where to get it from. During this transition, the Foundation has been very supportive and soothing to talk to. Thank you Two Ten. This truly is a blessing for my little boy and me as we approach the holiday season and will make a great start for a new year and new beginning. Thank You!
