How do I make sure I can attend the Gala?
Attendance at the Gala is a benefit offered to Two Ten’s current donors and sponsors. If you are unsure if your company is eligible to attend, please contact our Development team at development@twoten.org.
What type of event is the Gala?
If you attended Two Ten’s Annual Gala last spring, you’ll remember it was a beautiful evening that offered a chance to re-connect with industry colleagues you might not have seen in quite some time due to the pandemic – and you weren’t trapped in your seat at a stuffy, formal sit-down dinner. We held a festive reception that offered delicious food and drink in a gorgeous waterfront setting and maximized opportunities to mingle. Guests weren’t separated in different event spaces. Everyone came together in celebration and support for the mission. You can expect the same thing this year! We are once again embracing a reception format that offers freedom to mingle and network, to reconnect with old friends and make new connections.
What time is the event?
The doors will open at 7:00pm for all general admission ticket-holders. The VIP reception, which is by invitation only, will begin at 6:00pm.
Is there parking available?
Valet parking will be available on-site at Pier Sixty.
What is the address for my Lyft/Uber/taxi?
Pier 60, Chelsea Piers, New York, NY 10011.
For guests using a rideshare app, there is a pick-up location right at Pier Sixty that you can select when calling your ride home at the end of the evening.
What is the dress code?
Business formal/cocktail attire is suggested.
Will food be available if there is no sit-down dinner?
Yes! While we have opted to forgo a formal seated dinner, there will be plenty of delicious options available at the event, including passed hors d’oeuvres, an exciting variety of food stations, and delectable dessert offerings.
Will there be places to sit?
The event will feature a number of lounge areas with comfortable seating throughout the venue – perfect for more intimate conversations!
Are masks required?
At this current time there is no mask requirement.
What do I need to provide at check-in?
Ticketing for this event is 100% digital, with no paper tickets required. There will be a fully staffed check-in desk upon arrival at the venue, where guests can give their names.
Individuals who have not received ticketing confirmation prior to the event may not be granted admission. There are no tickets available at the door.
Will tickets be for sale at the door?
No, tickets will not be available for purchase on-site. However, you are welcome to purchase tickets online in advance of the event. We suggest checking with your organization first, to see if they have secured tickets to the Gala as donors or sponsors. If not, individual guests may purchase tickets online at twoten.org/gala
Will there be a coat check? What am I allowed to check?
A coat check will be available immediately upon arrival. Guests are permitted to check outwear, briefcases, handbags, and other personal items.
