210 Lincoln Street, Boston, MA was once the central meeting place for footwear commerce in North America. Two Ten was formed there during the Great Depression to offer support and relief to shoepeople who had lost their jobs.
While the footwear industry has grown to a global scale, Two Ten still remains a central support network for those in footwear.
Today, Two Ten engages various groups within the industry to celebrate the spirit of the footwear industry while raising awareness for Two Ten. Young Professionals for 210 (YPfor210), Women In Footwear Industry (WIFI) and the Human Resources Leadership Committee are just a few examples of how to get involved and make an impact in our community.
