
Co-chaired by Carol Baiocchi, VP-DMM Kohl's, and Diane Sullivan, President & CEO Brown Shoe Co., Two Ten's Women In Footwear Industry community represents the wide spectrum of professionals in footwear, including established women leaders and the emerging generation of professional women. WIFI is sponsored, in part, by Brown Shoe Company.
- MISSION: To inspire, support, mentor and educate women in the footwear industry.
- GOALS: To build a community of support among women in the industry; to increase the visibility of women leaders and professionals in footwear; and to foster advancement in order to strengthen the industry as a whole.
- BACKGROUND: Grown from small groups of professional women, WIFI now has more than 700 members from the footwear industry!
